It is with sincere gratitude for years of community support that we announce the closure of Grannies Who Care (GWC).

Our operations officially ceased on 30 November 2025, and the NPO is no longer active.

While GWC’s journey has come to an end, our commitment to supporting mothers and families in need continues. We have entrusted all our remaining assets to The Grace Factory, a dedicated NPO that shares our mission of empowering and assisting moms.

We warmly encourage our generous supporters to continue making a difference by directing any future donations or contributions directly to The Grace Factory.
